Am repeat customer but first time using the app, and it's Xmas, so not sure if my experience is the norm. Thought I'd be notified via text, nope. I did mark to add chop sticks nope. Actually no utensils. I did p/u so asked for sticks. A+ on order!

Fast service. Food is always hot. I like how they wrap the soup containers in case they leak and to keep it nice and hot.
